Fast fixes (do these first)
- Turn Bluetooth off/on (Settings → Bluetooth & devices).
- Move the headset receiver closer (USB dongle in front USB port).
- Disable “Hands-Free Telephony” if you’re not on calls (Sound control panel).
Most common causes
- USB 3.0 interference: Some ports cause Bluetooth noise. Try a different port.
- Low battery: Many headsets cut out under ~20%.
- Bad codec switching: Calls switch profiles and break audio.
